There are currently no upcoming public auctions at Jeschke van Vliet listed.
The auction house was founded in 1990 in West Berlin, having its headquarter in the Schöneberg Winterfeldstraße for many years. Initially, the offered range included primarily valuable books and decorative prints. There are additionally regular auctions of art and graphic art since 1994. After 7 years in Berlin-Mitte the auction house moved to the historic premises of the former Royal Prussian Corps Fashion Factory.
With Hans van Vliet joining the firm in 2004 a representative office in Paris could be opened, which attends mainly to French and Italian clients, and which benefited the international orientation of the house.
The current departments of the auction house include:
1. The Department of Rare Books, Manuscripts Prints and Photography for works from different eras, such as medieval manuscripts, incunabula, old prints, and the literature of the 19th to the 21st century.
2. The Department Modern and Contemporary Art and Antiques specializes on paintings, works on paper, modern photographs, sculptures and objects of the 18th to the 21st century.
The auction house Jeschke Van Vliet Auctions Berlin always tries to meet the different requirements of sellers as well as buyers by means of a thorough catalogue revision and careful handling. In addition to individual submissions, both estates of artists as well as complete collections are of the interest to the house.
