A silver beaker on stand and cover

Possibly Russian, 19th century, marked on cover with double-headed eagle, alloy 800/1000. On cylindrical foot and with knopped stem, the cylindrical sides with cartouches, one filled with an equestrian, surrounded by stylised scrolls. H 32.4 cm. Weig
